Researcher:
Designed a survey
research project on refugee integration in Romania. Trained a
student team to carry out the survey, implemented the survey with 320
individuals. Analyzed the results and wrote a report due to be
published by that office. The data produced was used for the United Nations common
country report. |

Consultant for an Operational Partner: the Refugee Women’s Organization
Analyzed
current program and capacity; developed a long-term strategy for project
development. Wrote four
grant proposals and a funding strategy. Helped to secure a 20,000 euro
grant for intercultural education. Expanded the membership base up
to 100 beneficiaries.
Trained members in organizational management and fundraising. |

Managed international and local teams, with up to 64 under
supervision on the municipal and regional levels on municipal archive
reconstruction project. Ran quality control project in two regions,
Gnjilane and Peja, for verification phase of the registration. Trained new
arrivals in archive reconstruction and registration verification.
Established municipal registration/documentation center as part of
municipal government. |

Registration Supervisor: Supervised a registration center staffed by local Kosovars (Strpce municipality, Gnjilane region). Registered Kosovars
for the voter list and for civil, UNMIK identification cards. Acted
as temporary Core Supervisor: Supervised international registration
supervisors in two municipalities.

survivors of sexual assault and friends and family. Member of the SART
